The July 2026 Federal Reserve Beige Book, as covered by Globe St., indicates commercial real estate was experiencing broad-based (albeit mild) momentum entering the summer. Economic activity increased at a slight to moderate pace in 11 out of 12 Federal Reserve districts through late June, the widest gain seen since January 2025, before the US-Iran conflict re-emerged.
